Scott Pope, paralegal, smiling in a bowtie and glasses

Scott joined the firm as a paralegal in 2017. After graduating from Drury College, now University, summa cum laude in 1982, Scott has held a wide variety of legally related positions and brings this breadth and depth of experience to the increasingly complex field of family law.

Scott was a co-founder of and former leader with the Boy Scouts Ozark Trails Council Special Needs Troop 2. He is active in Shrine sponsoring children to the Shriners Hospitals for Children. He is active in church, serving at his church’s 9:00 youth service.

Scott enjoys music, performing with a range of ensembles on a variety of instruments throughout the area. Among these ensembles, Scott is the bass player for the M-Dock band, travelling annually with the band to Zihuatanejo, Mexico to help raise money for their growing school system. The band received official recognition for the fundraising in 2017.

Scott is most proud of his son, James, an Eagle Scout, and the great future ahead for him.
